1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website at skybooker.top and of the phone service it advertises. Calling the number on this site or using this website means you accept them.
2. What this service is
SkyBooker is an independent ticket desk. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any airline named on this site. Calls are answered by an independent ticketing agency, which prices and issues airline tickets.
Fares, fare rules, change conditions, and any airline fee are set and enforced by the airline. Nothing on this site is a quote, and no price is settled until an agent confirms it against your ticket on the call.
3. What this service is not
We do not contact airlines on your behalf, chase refunds, file compensation claims, or handle baggage, seating, upgrades, or loyalty accounts. Those are matters for the airline that sold you the ticket.
4. Fees
A service fee may apply to a booking. Any such fee is stated on the call and charged only after you authorise it verbally. Once the booking has been made, a service fee is not refundable. Airline fees and fare differences follow the airline's own rules.
5. Authorisation
Asking the agent on the call to book, change, or cancel a ticket authorises that agent to act on your instruction using the booking details you provide.
6. Accuracy of this website
This website describes what the desk does. It deliberately publishes no fee figures, no policy tables, and no price estimates, because none of those can be accurate for an individual ticket. What you read here is general description, not advice about your booking.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the service fee you paid for the transaction in question. We are not liable for airline charges, fare differences, missed connections, accommodation, or consequential losses.
8. Acceptable use

- Do not use this service for any unlawful purpose
9. Trademarks
Airline names, codes, and trademarks on this site belong to their owners and are used to identify the tickets the desk can price and book. Their use does not imply any relationship with, or endorsement by, those airlines.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
