Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Information we collect
When you call the number on this site or email us, the information collected is what is needed to price and issue a ticket:
- Your name and contact details (phone number, email)
- Booking details: ticket or confirmation number, carrier, dates, passengers
- Payment details if you authorise a booking, handled by the ticketing agency's payment systems
Calls placed to the number on this site are answered by an independent ticketing agency and may be recorded by that agency for quality and verification. Any such recording is held under that agency's policy, not ours.
2. How the information is used
Solely to price, book, change, or cancel the ticket you called about, to contact you about that booking, and to keep the records the law requires.
3. Who it is shared with
- The independent ticketing agency that answers the call and issues the ticket
- The airline whose ticket is being issued or changed
- Travel distribution systems used to issue tickets
- Payment processors, when a booking is paid for
- Authorities, where US law requires it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website loads no analytics scripts, builds no advertising profile of you, and runs no behavioural retargeting.
It sets one cookie, sb_click. If you arrived from an advertisement, the click identifier from that advertisement travels in the page address, and this cookie holds that identifier for up to 90 days so that a call you place from a later page can still be matched to the advertisement that brought you. It contains that identifier and nothing else: no name, no number, no record of what you read. Blocking or clearing it costs you nothing — the site and the phone number work exactly the same.
Calls made to the number shown on this site are handled by a call-tracking service on behalf of the ticketing agency. The number displayed may differ between visitors, so that a call can be attributed to the advertising that produced it. That service records the call and its outcome, and reports back which advertisement it came from.
Like every request to this site, your visit reaches the server log of our hosting provider, which keeps the address requested, the time, the browser's user agent and a network address, for security and traffic measurement.
5. Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted subject to legal retention requirements. Write to privacy@skybooker.top.
6. California residents (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what categories of personal information have been collected, where it came from, why it was collected, and who it has been shared with. We do not sell personal information as the CCPA defines it.
7. Security
Information sent through this website travels over TLS. This website has no forms and collects no payment details; payment is handled by the ticketing agency's own systems during the call.
8. Children
This service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
