What we are
SkyBooker is an independent travel booking service. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any airline named on this site. The number on this site reaches an independent ticketing agency that sells and issues airline tickets.
Why call a desk rather than the airline
An airline has one answer to a changed plan: change it with us. It is the only answer it can give. A ticket desk sells tickets, so it can give you the other one — and say when the old ticket is not worth saving, which happens more often than people expect once a change fee and a fare difference are added together.
How the desk is paid
The agency earns on the tickets it issues, the way any travel agency does. If a service fee applies to your booking, it is named on the call before anything is charged.
What we will not do
We will not suggest we are your airline, because we are not. We will not offer to reach one for you, chase a refund, or file a compensation claim — those belong to the airline that sold you the ticket, and pretending otherwise would waste your call and ours.
