- Call recordings (retained for 90 days for quality and verification)

We use the information you provide solely to process your specific travel-assistance request. This includes:
- Contacting the airline to make changes, cancellations, or refunds on your behalf
- Communicating with you about your booking
- Processing payments where applicable
- Maintaining records for legal and tax compliance
3. Information sharing
We share your information only with parties necessary to fulfil your request:
- The airline or airlines involved in your booking
- Travel distribution systems (GDS providers like Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport)
- Payment processors (Stripe, payment gateways) when collecting fees
- Regulatory or legal authorities when required by US law
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Call recordings
By calling SkyBooker, you consent to call recording in accordance with applicable US state two-party and one-party consent laws. Recordings are used for service-quality monitoring and dispute resolution. Recordings are securely stored and deleted after 90 days unless retained for a specific dispute or legal matter.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of any future marketing communications (we don't send marketing communications by default)
